A “Site File” is the entry that is created in our CAD database for a specific location. The information entered into our database for a location is used by our dispatchers to contact responsible parties (managers, maintenance, etc) in a time of need.

This from can also be utilized by home owners that will be away for an extended period of time and requesting a “vacation check” of their residence. If this is the case, please be sure to include the away dates in the additional information section.
