NMRECC dispatchers joined Tewksbury Fire on a training with Boston Medflight. Dispatchers were able to participate in some classroom training, hosted in Tewksbury’s new Center Fire Station, and see one of the helicopters land at one of the town’s many landing zones.

The great partnership we have with our agencies allows dispatchers to get out in the field and see how certain procedures work, that they wouldn’t be able to see from behind their desks.
